Rinchen Dolkar, originally from Sikkim and now residing in Bhutan, has blossomed her creative passion into a thriving home-based enterprise called 'The Blooming Beads'. Once a teacher who found solace in crafting during her leisure time, Rinchen officially launched her venture in 2022 from her residence in Motithang, Thimphu.

My love for learning and creation led me to start my small home business. I used to indulge in DIY projects during free hours which gave me a sense of peace, shared Rinchen about her journey into entrepreneurship.
